WHAT
IS LEND A HELPING HAND?
Lend a Helping Hand provides important
and invaluable assistance to Huntington residents undergoing
treatment. Services such as medical transportation, house cleaning,
emergency medical supplies and medication, and more, all free
of charge to qualifying residents. The purpose is to help bring
support and needed relief from the stress of dealing with a positive
diagnosis.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THIS
PROGRAM?
You have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are
undergoing treatment and have a doctor's confirmation.
You are a Town of Huntington resident.
You have signed a confidentiality and consent form.
